As many of you are aware, last year we reached a milestone of 500+ employees – a milestone we’ve not reached in the last 36 years until now. This is something we all should be very proud of. Our success has been a result of us working together as a team and our reputation for doing the right thing: being honest, open and reliable, even when no one was looking. This is how we’ve built and maintained our reputation of top-quality work and customer service.

All business is done by and between people.  The pride each of us takes in doing our job well every day becomes our reputation inside and outside the company. The reputation created by the people working within a company becomes how the world, our customers and communities, think about us. Thank you for continually making an effort to do your best. The 500+ people who work here can affect our reputation every day.
