Roofing Apprenticeship Program
We have made an investment in the future of the roofing industry with the launch of the ABC Roofing Apprenticeship Program.
Advanced Roofing is a founding member of the American Builders and Contractors Institute (ABC) Roofing Apprenticeship Program. The program was established in 2015 to help grow the talent pool of skilled roofers in South Florida.
The ABC Roofing Apprenticeship program offers students the opportunity to quickly become Roofing Mechanic II or Leadman on a crew. After completing the three-year program, apprentices have the opportunity to build a long-term career making $50,000 or more a year. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to develop the next generation of roofing professionals.
Earn College Credits
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates can go on to earn an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from Broward College through a newly developed partnership. For graduates, the sky’s the limit! Please see our flyer for full details.
