ARI’s Return to Work Strategy

Company Protocol

Temperature Checks

Field Employees

Continue the daily temperature taking protocols already rolled out by the Safety Team. All job sites require Foreman to take all ARI staff and subcontractors temperatures before being allowed on Jobsite. If the temperature is over 100.4 the Foreman is to notify HR immediately and the employee is to be sent home.

Temperature logs to be sent to HR daily and daily sign-in sheets to be sent to the Safety team.

Temperature Checks

Office Employees

Employees will be asked to self-monitor and take their temp every day before reporting to the office. If the temp is over 100.4 employees cannot report to work and need to work remotely if possible or take vacation/PTO. If the employee does not have a thermometer at home one can be made available at the employee’s work location in designated areas with the use of proper PPE.

Employees who do not have

If an employee can work from home they can remain working from home until further notice. If an employee cannot work from home manager needs to work with HR on other options if possible.

Employees who have underlying

health and/or personal issues

Field/Office

If an employee can work from home they can remain working from home until further notice. I an employee cannot work from home manager needs to work with HR on other options if possible.

Personal Protective Equipment

(PPE)

Field/Office

All employees must wear a mask whether it be personal or Company issued in office, on Jobsite or in the crew cab.

Social Distancing Protocols

Field/Office

-Maintain 6 feet of separation from employee/subcontractor (where possible for Field)

-No more than 10 people in a face-to-face meeting. Use Zoom as preferred meeting methodology

-No more than 2 people in employee break rooms at the same time

-No handshaking policy

-Employees cannot travel from one office building to another. Must stay within the building their office

resides

Sanitation Protocols

Field/Office

-Same protocols in place of washing hands and using hand sanitizer

-Halo HVAC system being implemented at all sites

-Foot based door openings in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Orlando

-Site Office Managers wiping down commonly used areas on an hourly basis (printers, doorknobs, breakroom counters, etc)

-Can hire outside cleaning company if need be to disinfect an area a sick employee was in contact with

Disciplinary Action

Field/Office

Employees on a job site, in the office or working remotely, can still face Disciplinary Action if performance objectives are not being met. Managers to work with HR if needing to take action for performance-related issues.

Visitors/Customers/Vendors

All sites

No inside visitation to any ARI offices at least through the end of May
