We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage daily operations and support our continuous growth across our South Florida roofing division. The ideal candidate has construction warehouse management experience and has experience managing a group of warehouse laborers. This position oversees the procurement of material needs as well as the distribution and delivery of all necessary materials (small tools, etc. upon the field crew’s requests).

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Improve efficiency, manage inventory, and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Staff Management:
- Lead and train warehouse staff, manage resources, and motivate the team.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee stock levels, conduct audits, and coordinate procurement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and maintain the quality of goods.
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Prepare budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintenance:
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare performance reports and manage warehousing systems.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or logistics preferred.
Experience
- 5 years in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role and experience in construction.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred
- Successful Pre-Employment Drug test
- Successful Background Check
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
