Key Responsibilities
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

- Develop quotes and proposals from leads; prepare for client meetings and closings.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrate and explain the company’s products/services; anticipate customer needs and competitor differences.
- Advise on product enhancements and upsell additional offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maximize profits.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Communicate project timelines and budget changes to clients.
- Seek and develop business expansion opportunities with existing clients.
- Track and report on sales progress and account status.
- Maintain and update CRM system with proposal status and account information.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing or similar preferred
Experience
- 5+ year’s experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development required.
- Previous roofing/construction/solar/energy sales and/or hands-on experience preferred.
- Outbound sales and prospecting experience in a B2B environment are required.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Successful Pre-Employment Drug
- Successful Background Check
Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements
- Full time onsite
