KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Decision Making
- Make timely, informed decisions under pressure.

Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to fleet operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks and enhance safety.

- Regularly audit gas cards and SunPass accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintenance
- Oversee the fleet and equipment maintenance program to ensure 95% uptime.
- Analyze downtime causes, report findings, and develop action plans for improvement.
Asset Management
- Manage the annual fleet budget and recommend repair or replacement schedules.
- Monitor asset performance and make data-driven decisions for fleet optimization.
Employee Satisfaction
- Achieve an internal customer satisfaction score of 8 or higher.
- Promote a positive work environment that fosters motivation and prevents bullying.
Pricing
- Negotiates competitive vendor pricing to control costs within budget.
Scheduling
- Manages timecards to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintains overtime hours at or below 5%.
- Creates and manages the daily operating schedule within budget.
Safety
- Collaborates with the safety department to investigate auto accidents.
- Conducts weekly safety toolbox talks.
- Ensures fleet operations are 100% compliant with OSHA and company safety programs.
Cross-Functional Relationships
- Works closely with sub-contractors, project managers, foremen, and the safety director to oversee quality control and operations related to ARI systems.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or logistics preferred.
Experience
- 5 years in warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role and experience in construction.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred
- Successful Pre-Employment Drug test
- Successful Background Check
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline driven
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
