Established in 1983 by Rob Kornahrens, Advanced Roofing Inc., commercial roofing contractors have had a few office locations in the Fort Lauderdale area in our thirty-seven-year history. In 2010, we purchased our current office building and warehouses at 1950 NW 22nd St, Fort Lauderdale 33311 to support the company’s growth and efforts to provide responsive and professional commercial roofing and repair services to our customers in South Florida.
Established in 1983, Advanced Roofing is a long-time provider of commercial roofing services to condominiums, high-rise buildings, businesses, hospitals, schools, and local government in Broward Country. We started with one truck and a $15,000 loan and now have over 575 employees and seven offices in Florida. Over the past 37 years, we have established our company as the top commercial roofing contractor in Florida by Florida Roofing Contractor Association and the South Florida Business Journal.
We’re proud of the footprint we have established in the South Florida community from our roofing and solar energy projects to our ongoing philanthropy work with MS Bike Ride and the Boys and Girls Club of South Florida.
