Advanced Roofing Sponsors Lauren's Kids, Inc.

Advanced Roofing recently sponsored the Lauren's Kids Walk in My Shoes walk from Miami to the state capitol in Tallahassee in efforts to raise the awareness level related to childhood sexual abuse. We received a letter that explained the impact this walk had:

"To say that we underestimated the impact would be misleading. We had no idea just how many lives we would touch through the walk and through communicating the awareness message. Thousands of people came to walk with us but it appears that tens of thousands were touched with our message. The impact was significant! [...] The stories told to us were tear-jerking and emotional; and a day did not go by where the story of that day was not more moving and horrific than the stories that were told to us the day before. When we reached the final day and the final miles, all of the emotions came out."
