Started with one technician and one truck, it began by removing and replacing air conditioning units during the re-roofing process. After years of gradual expansions, the A/C department now employs 17 technicians. Our in-house A/C department enables us to offer our customers quicker re-roofing procedures, discounted prices and better service to uphold Advanced Roofing’s reputation.

A Typical Advanced Roofing Inc Preventative Maintenance Program Advanced Roofing, Inc. agrees to provide the following services to air conditioning units on a Monthly, Bi-Monthly, or Quarterly basis. Feel free to ask which plan will best suit you and your needs. - Record ambient outdoor temperature
- Record operating pressures
- Record compressor amperage
- Inspect blower motor and assembly
- Inspect condenser, fan motor and blades
- Inspect relays and contactors
- Clean out condensate lines
- Check condenser coils
- Check evaporator coils
- Check fan belts and pulleys for alignment and wear
- Check thermostats for proper calibration
- Report any problems to maintenance department
- Provide a quarterly report on unit pressures & compressor amps
- Replace Filters.
