At Advanced Roofing, Inc., safety is our top priority. We ensure that all of our employees have a safe and healthy place to work, which is why we offer various safety programs and a comprehensive safety policy. For new employees, we offer an orientation to our safety programs and policies after the successful completion of a drug screening. For current employees, we offer "Weekly Tool Box Talks," where classes are held at 6 a.m. Monday through Friday year-round, and employees can sit for a talk once a month. We also offer retraining anytime a safety violation is observed.
To help employees stay serious about safety, we offer safety incentive and safety citation programs. Our safety department performs hazard analysis of jobsites before we begin a project, and random safety inspections are done daily. We are also OSHA compliant on all projects, and routinely exceed OSHA regulations.
